IMC offers full mortgage consulting and brokerage services. Our unique process is broken down into five main stages:

Stage One: Initial consultation - The IMC professional team analyzes your current financial situations and discusses your future. Based on this analysis, IMC will recommend a very specific mortgage program, including which loan track, loan terms, interest rates, amortization schedule, options for early payment (and supplemental costs) and anticipated costs of the mortgage process.

Stage Two: Bid process - To obtain the best loan conditions possible, IMC conducts a bid process with the various lending bodies. This process will encompass offered interest rates, start-up fees and most importantly, mortgage tracks.

Stage Three: Mortgage application - IMC works closely with you in compiling and checking all the necessary documentation, and coordinates with the Lender. Click here to see the basic list of documents that will be needed to prepare your pre-approval application.

Stage Four: Closing - IMC accompanies you to the signing, assists with questions and concludes all necessary steps so that you can receive the loan.

Stage Five: Follow up - Even after the signing, you'll find that IMC will continue to maintain contact with you, and will also offer you a free refinancing check once a year.
